Citizenfour is a 2014 documentary film directed by Laura Poitras concerning Edward Snowden and the National Security Agency (NSA) spying scandal. The film will be screened on 24th April. XXXVIII Jornada de Matemática Zona Sur
This Congress, organized by the Department of Basic Science of Universidad del Bío-Bío, will be a new occasion to celebrate the 60 years of Carlos Conca, who was honored for first time in 12th -13th December 2014 in Bilbao (Spain). Senior and young researchers, lectures and students are invited to take part of this event, which seeks to be a meeting point for the mathematical community in the South of Chile.
2nd International Workshop on Latest Advances in Cardiac Modeling
The goal of LACM 2015 is to bring together top level researchers focused on methodological aspects of mathematical and computational modeling of the heart.
